We want to be successful. But what is our definition of success. We need to see that our health is wealth and that the money we chase is actually just a way for us to be able to afford to maintain our good health, have time for healthy activities, and take better care of ourselves.
In my experience, people who focus their attention on having things and getting away from life's problems are rarely the people who are living happy lives. It is always the people who problem solve, have comfortable social lives, and enjoy their family and activities that report being happiest.
