We all want to be thin. Have you ever wondered why some people are thin while others of us have to pay personal trainers, gyms, and dieticians to try to lose weight. Paying for weight loss apps, going on uncomfortable diets, and putting in a lot of time and energy into TRYING to losing weight while some people eat nothing but JUNK food and are skinny. It doesn't make sense. Or does it?
We often want to look at things in a bubble. Only examining what we want and ignoring all the other information available. That is a mistake and will lead to you judging yourself harshly for you body working normally.
Keep in mind, if you start with a faulty question, you will get a faulty answer. In the end, do we want to be thin or healthy. Focusing on thin allows us to believe that a thin person is in a better position than we are. But if we focus on healthy ... thin is not the end of the story.
Health and happiness take work. Make working on it part of your daily routine.
