Although eating one meal a day is very healthy, omad keto is not for everyone. There are many people who manage better having two smaller meals over one large one. Psychologically, there is satisfaction with the variety that it allows people to eat. As long as you are eating 20 grams of carbs or less per day, eating two meals is a viable way to remain healthy.
Health and happiness take work. Make working on it part of your daily routine.
