Both setups will need food grade gases. I suggest getting the needed tubing from the beermaking/winemaking store where you purchase your gas. In Montreal, there is a separate store to purchase food grade/medical grade nitrogen. The wine store will also have many of the items listed above, if you are unable to find the individual items when you do your search. I did find Amazon prices better than my local wine store.
