Is there any science to back up the health benefits of the keto deit? @Thomas DeLauer shares videos that are focused on the scientific reasons that you should be living a ketogenic lifestyle.
Obviously there are doctors sharing this information, like @Jason Fung, @KenDBerryMD, @Dr. Eric Berg DC, and many others. But Thomas Delauer is not a doctor. He is a former football player turned pharmaceutical rep.
I am a firm believer that we learn best and apply more when we have good foundational information. The fact that Thomas Delauer was making an effort to teach everyone that there are chemical reasons that keto works, encouraged me to dig deeper into what was happening in my body. I am very appreciative to him for that.
